Still stuck after these? Write to us and say which email address you are trying — it is the first thing we will ask.

Nothing happens when I sign in, or it says the password is wrong Check the address is the one Edventa set your account up with — not a personal one — and that Caps Lock is off. After 6 wrong tries the portal locks the address for 15 minutes; wait it out rather than trying again. If you still cannot get in, ask us for a new password. It says my account is pending Your sign-up has reached us and is waiting to be approved. Nothing more is needed from you — we email you the moment it is open. I signed up with Google and now it will not let me in Use the same button you used the first time. An account created with Google has no password of its own, so the email and password boxes will not work for it.
